| Pay by Credit or Debit card Bring your card to our office or pay via the telephone Important news for clients calling at our offices wishing to pay accounts by credit or debit card. From Tuesday 14th February 2006 payments made by cards with a chip can only be completed by the client entering their four-digit PIN number into the pin pad. Payments by cards without a chip can still be made by using your signature to verify payment
Chip and PIN introduces a much more secure way to use your credit and debit cards. Your PIN will not be needed for telephone payments and you should never reveal your PIN to anyone, in any circumstances
If you do not know your PIN number you should immediately contact the issuer of your card, who will guide you through the process of obtaining a PIN
