As from Tuesday 14th February 2006 payments made this way can only be completed by the client entering their four-digit PIN number into the pin pad
Chip and PIN introduces a much more secure way to use your credit and debit cards. Your PIN will not be needed for telephone payments and you should never reveal your PIN to anyone, in any circumstances
If you do not know your PIN number you should immediately contact the issuer of your card, who will guide you through the process of obtaining a PIN
