Our representative normally calls in the Eastbourne and surrounding areas to view your effects for removal, discuss other requirements such as packing etc, take note of any other details such as items for removal requiring special attention and answer any queries you may have regarding your forthcoming removal.

If you live some distance from us, or perhaps it is not convenient to you for someone to call, we do have alternative methods that would enable us to provide a quotation of the cost of removal and, if required, storage. We would in such cases ask that you complete one of our 'Household Contents' forms. This form can be sent to you by Royal Mail, or you can download a copy of the same form (in Adobe Reader format) for printing, completing and posting or faxing back to us.

Another method that is becoming very popular, mainly due to the speed at which we can get a quote back to you, is completion of our web-based 'Household Contents' form. If you can take a few minutes to complete this form we will have enough information to provide a quotation.

If you prefer you can detail in an email the details we require to tender a quote. Whichever method you use to obtain a quote, we can forward same to you by any method you prefer. ie. Royal Mail, Email, Fax.

If the quantity of effects is no more than say the contents of one room and the collection or destination address is not in the Eastbourne area we ask that you go to our Part Loads page.

However, if the removal is for a full household removal please use one of the methods described above, and we shall provide our quotation within one working day of receipt of the required information.

If sending an email please remember to give details of the collection and delivery points including access (ie what floor if a flat, details of parking for our vehicle and distance from our parked vehicle to your residence), list of effects for removal (including details of any awkward pieces, or items requiring special attention) and packing requirements.
